診所的掛號方式很有問題，電話預約就是為了節省等候時間，但實際到現場還是跟著現場掛號的一同排隊，等到排到的時候說已額滿不能再掛號？
網路看診進度也只是參考用，一樣要先報到才有號碼，浪費大家等候的時間
