★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 準備離開北斗之前可一定要到中華路上的這家洪瑞珍餅店(洪瑞珍三明治創始店買伴手禮回家喔！這家洪瑞珍三明治可是創立於1947年，除了三明治之外還有販售不少糕餅、麵包等。
來到北斗的洪瑞珍三明治採買真的是什麼都想買，因為創始本店販售不少北斗限定、季節限定，這可是在其他店買不到的商品，每個口味的價格都不等，來到北斗千萬不能忘記來這買伴手禮喔！

更令人訝異的是老店也與時俱進推出許多北斗店限定的口味
諸如抹茶紅豆、紅豆牛奶、紅茶奶鐵、芋頭奶凍、草莓……等
有一種三明治做得像銅鑼燒的既視感
整體來說口味不錯，價錢也不貴
不過吃了好幾個的我評論，我還是最愛基本款滿漢三明治
