老闆與闆娘客氣，招呼客人上至少感受是舒服的。
During the holidays, people are busy, so fry them quickly to eat. The outer skin is not crispy, but the inside is soft. Tofu also has no (fragrant) odor. It is barely good to have something to eat in this area.
ps is more crispy on weekdays
The boss and the board lady are polite and at least feel comfortable when they greet the guests.
