肉桂捲第60間，來到【鯊魚食方】。收到【鯊魚食方】的肉桂捲禮盒，整個手感重量跟質感是有的；打開，內部包裝看得出用心，甚至可以說頗有美感；肉桂捲超小一顆，但這樣擺放起來，挺可愛。?

☑鯊式肉桂結?114 = 光是從保鮮膜取出未用烤箱加熱，肉桂香氣明顯是有的；一咬，口感是稍微偏乾，但是充滿彈性，像跳彈簧床一樣，每用一咬是會彈回。細細咀嚼，麵糰表面的顆粒感是有的，但不至於刮舌頭，麵團彈性依舊；不知道是不是因為小顆的關係，會更顯得肉桂醬的比例高了不少，連肉桂醬的口感都能感受到，肉桂醬是有明顯辛香料調性，層次感豐富，引人喜悅，6分。

☑搭波濃肉桂捲?135 = 一咬，口感上，彈性比起肉桂結稍微差一點；但是嘴裡濕潤度更佳；細細咀嚼，麵團是有彈性，黏度普通，口感比起肉桂結更不刮舌；肉桂醬是帶有辛香味道，因為是DOUBLE份量，走的不是死甜路線，而是明顯有點辣度再刺激你的舌頭，過癮，6分。

☑楓糖黏黏捲?135 = 一咬，表面上層大大一片的核桃粒風味飽滿；麵團口感部分，跟搭波濃肉桂捲差距不多，不贅述。而搭配的楓糖醬口感上就相當夠厚實，不流於死甜；咀嚼之間，雖然這款嗜甜楓糖醬渾厚，優秀肉桂的風味卻沒有被掩蓋過去了，厲害。6分。
