蘆筍苦瓜羊肉爐 下圖是一份$700 味道十分清新 裡頭的羊肉有膠質滿滿的皮也有瘦肉 推薦蘆筍稍微還有點硬度的時候吃 苦瓜就看喜歡脆脆的還是軟軟的 蘿蔔放到後面吃特別甜香 炒羊肚$150 芹菜跟羊肚 醬汁拿來配麵線很搭 炒高麗菜時價->$200 高麗菜脆脆鮮甜 氣味也很特別難以形容 但是!!! 這樣不大的一盤青菜要兩百 覺得有點太貴了 麵線 下圖是兩份$70 有硬硬的油蔥酥 味道也是很特別 因為不夠濕潤 一開始在混勻和夾取的時候都不容易 醬汁 隨附 沒有拍到 嚐起來清甜 覺得有水果的味道 整體來說 蘆筍苦瓜羊肉爐非常特別 真的是其他地方沒吃過的口味 會推薦來吃!!! 只是要記得在點餐時問清楚時價是多少xd

今日消費1180元台幣,原本點藥膳半份500元,2份麵線80元台幣,試了味道可以,就在加點1份麻油豬心150元台幣,1份實價菠菜,但結帳的時候變成藥膳羊肉全份的價格,希望是老闆聽成全份,而不是故意做成全份價格,麵線原本點兩份,但老闆說他煮成三份量算兩份的錢,味道基本不錯,麵線可以,但沒有到很驚艷,麻油羊心可以,但也沒有到驚艷,藥膳羊肉點半份,味道不錯,但中藥材沒有完全煮開入味,湯頭是屬於清爽類型,裡面有放蘆筍,肉量尚可,但感覺是底下瘦肉,上沉漂浮的是肥肉,上頭帶點麻油,底下都是當歸人參等等中藥材;網路上看別人之前拍照的價目表是700元全份,到現場有標示漲價成800元,半份漲到500元,食材成本增加能理解,希望點菜的時候,要有菜單給顧客再次確認會比較妥當,環境就比較鄉下家庭式餐廳經營模式,建議有經費可以搞明亮裝潢乾淨整潔,其餘就不予置評,疫情期間大家多注意,有二維碼還有實名登記?,其他不予置評,帶一家人吃飯。會放上影片跟照片證明確實有來過
