那就不用來了,
但同時也錯過我心目中台灣排名前五名的鵝肉。
沒有一般的煙燻、滷水等口味,
就是平實的台灣傳統白斬鵝肉,
是有抹上鹽巴啦。
在熱騰騰的起鍋後,
放置一下,讓精華再吸回去鵝肉本身。
也可剝骨,省去牙口的辛勞,
但我喜歡點後半截的1/4,
帶有各種不同的骨頭結構,
肉的纖維也有所不同。
特愛腹部,一層薄皮下有著兩三層的肉,
一口咬下,肥嫩多汁,
很容易將肉與其下的薄膜、軟骨分離,
咀嚼著滿口的香甜,真的是甜滋滋的味道,
唯有夠新鮮、熟度恰到好處的鵝肉,
才能有這種甘甜,再配上一口酸筍鵝血湯,
應該不太在乎周遭環境的問題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我住在台北,常專程從台北開車下彰化,就為了來吃鵝肉旺,鵝肉旺的鵝肉每日數量有限賣完為止,就沒有了。
鵝肉從下午開始賣,我最喜歡大約4.5點過去吃,而且建議要"現場吃"最棒,外帶的確沒問題也很好吃,但現場吃,可以吃到剛起鍋熱疼疼的鵝肉,那時的鵝肉有說不出好吃的鮮甜,完全不需要沾任何的調味,這是外帶回家時絕對享受不到的味道。
另外建議加點竹筍湯,乾鵝血一起搭配,另外店裡還有賣肉粽,可以搭配他們家的醬一起吃,實在很棒。

筍乾湯酸中帶肉的鮮甜,筍子很脆口感超好,還有豬血雖然看起來很乾癟,卻是非常鮮嫩!
鵝舌頭是週六限定產品,現炒的氣味非常香,醬炒的香氣十足完全沒有肉腥味,處理得非常好!
東西好吃、態度很好很親切,推薦唷!
