這一家油很乾淨，炸起來金黃色，不會黑黑的，不像李記都黑黑的。老闆長得像原住民那一家喔！右邊那家是李記，左邊才是我推薦的這家！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老字號燒餅店在地數十載，放眼一望，乾淨整潔的工作平台，始終是清澈透亮的炸油，相較於整鍋長時間油炸不更替的污黑油鍋，這新鮮的油才能維持最佳的餅皮，沒有過度調味的內餡，沒有過份藏油的外皮，在夏天偶爾還能吃到類似麵包的麵體。(夏天麵糰的發酵度通常比較充分完整) 高麗菜餅經過了油炸之後，外皮酥脆的口感，不感到滿嘴膩口，甜鹹合宜的內餡，偶爾也能吃到像麵包般厚實咬勁的口感，略帶些微糖調味的香甜餅皮，如此平民小吃，何嚐一口不是份幸褔。
P.S：鍾愛夏日的餅皮，鍾情冬日的高麗菜肉餡！
