從5歲吃到45歳最有滋味的家鄉小吃 很小的時候吃過阿婆親手炒麵,現在已經傳到孫子(市場)。這間的主廚是二代媳婦,是阿婆炒麵歴時最長的。每次跟人介紹我的家鄉一定會推薦這家我的心中第一名的美食。 炒麵有個非常特別的器具-鱟魚殼。 蚵仔是王功的蚵仔,因為養殖方法不同(隨海水漲退,有時浸泡在海水裡,有時曬太陽,好像洗三溫暖長大;牠們都體型玲瓏嬌小,蚵肚呈圓形乳白,特別鮮甜、結實,有了「珍珠蚵」美名)所以比較小顆但也比較鮮甜、結實。爆香的豬肉絲是店家自己切的,我覺得除了蚵仔那豬肉絲混合蔥爆的香、蚵仔的鮮、麵條的甜真是美味。 很常長路迢迢回到二林就為了阿婆炒麵和赤牛麵,很推薦來二林一定要來品嚐。 推薦:綜合炒麵(有蛤仔、花枝、蚵仔、豬肉絲) 記得加一些特殊的辣醬品嚐看看。
