★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The library is nice and quiet.. Not too many people come here because the population is low. They do close early, therefore, pay attention to the hours. They have some English books and a children section. If you want fast internet, ask the staff for the password. High Speed internet is only available on the first floor.
In addition, they have a point system which encourages kids to borrow more books. If you borrow more books, you get free gifts! I think this is a good system.
