好吃的羊肉啊!超鮮不腥! 今年想說轟肉節除了牛肉、牡蠣外,來烤個特別的食材,所以選定龍蝦尾、干貝跟羊肉。 烤羊肉好像是蒙古、新疆人的特長,加許多調味料,主要就是羊肉有特別的腥味,真的比較濃厚的時候,連老饕都會怕,所以我特地選擇彰化的國產小羔羊,希望讓一起烤肉的親朋好友可以吃到跟記憶中不同的羊肉。 這兩周各烤了一次,都是戰斧小羊排+嫩肉條+厚片,第一次烤時火候沒控制好,稍微烤的過熟,只有吃到無腥味的羊肉。第二次烤時,用大火短時間烤過立即離開烤爐,一入口,發現這羊肉除了不腥之外,還鮮美肉汁多,親朋好友吃了也讚不絕口,連不吃羊肉的人都吃的津津有味,完全不負眾望,達到我原先預期的目標。最驚人的是,這羊肉完全不必醃,直接烤,烤的過程中學科批施個鹽就好,美味無負擔,好吃到凍每調! 好吃的羊肉讓我忍不住準備要再來吃羊肉爐啦!吃完再來跟各位報告我的心得!
