店家對蚵仔的品質很有把握，不多做調味，椒鹽要沾自己加，吃得出新鮮的好味道?
之前問老闆為何他們家的炸蚵仔又大又肥才賣150一盤，老闆說他們自家養的，才能給這麼多料。喜相逢、米糕、柯爹也都很酥脆好吃
林家蚵仔是我的秘密口袋名單之一，今天初次帶家人來吃，他們頗為滿意。離開前再外帶炸蚵仔一份回去，說回家還想再品嚐～

The store is very sure of the quality of the oysters, so they don't do much seasoning. You have to add salt and pepper by yourself, so that you can taste fresh and delicious ?
