★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐廳有附設約5-7個停車位,週日晚上到訪幾乎沒什麼客人,聽說中午全滿,很是幸運!老闆很年輕,也很願意與客人分享料理的心得與經營理念,是一位非常用心的主廚老闆,我們到的時候,客人很少,老闆還特別招待一道隱藏版的越式魚皮料理,很好吃!三杯雞的口感也很棒,還有肉絲炒水蓮也是清脆爽口的好吃,有機會會再訪!對了,招牌白斬雞要預訂,我們今天是臨時前往所以沒有吃到,下次必點!

By the way, the signature Bai Zhan Ji needs to be booked. We went there temporarily so we didn't have it. We must order it next time!

不是小根細毛而是比較大一點的毛
肉眼都看得到的!卻沒有處理
酸菜肚片湯350感覺很不值這個價位!
肚片不多⋯菜也不多⋯湯少
如果跟附近的台灣甕仔雞來比
點甕窯雞的280麻油猴頭菇湯還比較實在
一個肚片鍋放鍋子不到1/2⋯
猴頭菇放同樣鍋子?️鍋⋯
蝦子、椒鹽排骨,炒野菇口味還不錯吃?
總評:價位有點偏高
餐點可能較適合內用不適合外帶

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一魚四吃,剁椒魚覺得是辣椒醬做的,不是川味的。砂鍋魚頭用豆瓣醬煮內容物放了些豆腐豆皮白菜,茄汁炸魚,清蒸口哧表現普普,蔥牛嫩精偏多,開陽白菜開陽有腥味,白鈑很硬,總的來說就是吃不習憒。基於點餐人員很周到給三顆星。
