The trail is simple and easy (including Xiaobaiyue Hengshan), and the viewing platform is about 100 meters wide. It is said that Yushan can be seen after rain. Both entrances are on the 139 B County Road, one is diagonally opposite the 7011 Changqing Trail, and the other is opposite the Wanshan Hall, each with about 10 parking spaces.

If you want to enjoy the beautiful view of the platform directly, you can park your car in front of Wanshantang in Yongxingli and walk a short distance (no steps or slopes) to the platform in front of the fairyland camping area. If there is no parking lot to park in the camping area, please do not drive your car into the sun viewing trail, it is impossible to turn around. Very simple and easy trail, full of walking grades, but there is a short section with sloped steps.

Hengshan is the highest peak of the Bagua Mountains and one of the Xiaobai Mountains in Taiwan. There are two triangular points on the top of the mountain and Leshi, the commanding height of Bagua Mountain. The nearby sun viewing platform has an excellent outlook, overlooking the green fields of Changhua Plain and the high-speed railway passing by. Landscape, when the weather is clear, you can overlook the peaks of Yushan Mountain. Every year around the spring equinox, there is also a chance to watch the majestic gray-faced eagle soaring in the sky, and other seasons are also very suitable for eagle watching. Hengshan Trail, also known as Sun View Trail, is only over one kilometer in length. It can start from Qingshuiyan Temple, which has a long history, convenient transportation and perfect facilities. It can go up and down the mountain via Changqing Bicycle Trail (challenging route), Mountain Lake Trail, or a combination of In the Qingshuiyan Trail Group, the Guanyin Mountain, the Zhongyangling Trail or the Salt-Pickling Ancient Trail (Eighteen Bends) can be walked together, and even the further Houtanjing Trail can form different circular routes. In addition, you can also choose to ride iron horses on the Evergreen Bicycle Trail that connects various trails to challenge your leg strength; you can also drive straight to the mountain entrance on 139 B County Road to easily climb to the top and enjoy the scenery. The Xiaobaiyue Trail, which can be long or short, can be ridden or walked, is suitable for all ages.
