★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很久沒回來，突然很想吃便特地去買，沒想到餅皮改用機器壓。餅皮壓得很薄，煎好後，邊邊一圈超硬，根本咬不動。咬了好幾次才總算吃到第一口。兩個愛吃蔥油餅的小孩都只吃幾口就不吃了；就算大人吃，嘴巴都咬得很累。跟小時候吃的味道差很多……。

吃起來就比較硬，沒有酥脆的口感
