★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交屋時雖磁磚就脫落問題，但廠商後續有安排慢慢地不情願的處理完成；感覺就像是消費者向建商反應房屋有瑕疵是消費者的問題??
建商裡裡外外都罔顧消費者權益，事後要花很多時間跟金錢幫建商善後，交屋之後真的感覺相當地很心寒。（交屋的喜悅感都沒有，只有滿滿的心力交瘁感⋯⋯）
真心感受：不論是業務、建屋、服務等都相當差勁?，反應問題建商也不想承認有問題，感覺我們買預售屋的買家只能任建商宰割。咱們消費者有設變花增加的錢，建商根本無法驗證跟其他人有差異，只能說買家直接被建商當盤子囉！

結果被朋友罵笨蛋說不知道合約裡面沒有註明人家根本可以不承認嗎
當初說每戶都有一個機車位
結果現在才知道每年都要用抽得，沒有抽中就沒有機車位。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從建商展示影片公共大門汽車道“上方”應該為強化玻璃有擋雨的功能，結果為鋁菱形防盜。既不擋雨又無防盜功能，單純只想偷工減料。
反映電動鐵門被雨淋會生鏽還被建商找一堆理由推卸責任，社區大門結構不到兩個月就生鏽，公共小門三米高以為住戶每個人都是姚明，開門還要做重訓，公共小門開門就會阻擋汽車車道，真是白癡設計，爛建商只會牽拖建築師及廠商，毫無驗收能力 要住戶自己對應廠商，我還以為是跟“廠商”買房子，售後服務極差，跟建商反映一堆問題遲遲無法解決。
這只是一半問題 。
