CON: the location we were at was skimpy on the salmon on rice sushi: tuna on rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively cheap sushi but usually good quality. On Saturday although I was alarmed eating at this branch in nantou of Sushi Express when I wants to work here taking temperatures I've customers coming inside and never once did he actually push the button on the thermometer or even look at the screen. I will be there on Wednesday this week. I will not eat there but I will be recording and if I see this lazy alarming Behavior again I will record it and post it on IG YouTube for everyone to see. Taiwan has been the best in the world with covid-19 but it's lazy people like this that could make it come back and make us like the rest of the world! Shame on you Sushi Express!
