張	張芸綺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵體比較硬是我喜歡吃的類型肉燥的油脂夠並且很香台南人在南投吃吃吃的很喜歡相較於台南的意麵南投他們比較多的是醬油味而且南投人也是喜歡加甜辣醬吃的除此之外肉湯的部分在台南的湯頭比較多是大骨作為基底的清湯類型再加一點蔥花去提味然而在南投的湯大多是醬油跟肉燥作為湯底的湯今天點的肉湯就是有醬油基底還有肉燥並且加上有點像是肉羹的這一種肉油豆腐還不錯吃魯的有入味只是他們的油豆腐看起來比較小塊台南的油豆腐又大又多汁 The face is firmer, which is the type I like to eat Dried meat has enough fat and is very fragrant Tainan people like to eat in Nantou Compared to pasta in Tainan In Nantou, they have more soy sauce flavor. J	Jiajyuan Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因陪伴家人出差有機會ㄧ個人在南投市區閒晃發現市區好多意麵喔找到這家買完我找了很久居然沒有招牌耶 google ㄧ下原來大家叫它圓環意麵應該是它旁邊有一個圓環還是它真的叫圓環意麵?我真的是外地人來的我點了乾意麵跟油豆腐湯意麵加了桌上很厲害的甜辣醬但對我來說不夠辣下次一定要加辣椒醬麵體是我最喜歡的意麵有時候在台北點到的意麵都怪怪的原來這才是我最喜歡的意麵有點QQ 的味道跟湯頭都很古早味 ?真的有中喔意麵好像台南比較有聽過沒想到南投也很不錯?
