★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荷花池賞花期約莫一個月左右（5～6月）延著道路兩旁種植，週邊有多家餐廳適合聚會用餐，形成中興新村在地獨特景點。
 The lotus pond blooming period lasts for about a month (May-June) along the sides of the road. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area suitable for gathering and dining, forming a unique local attraction in Zhongxing New Village.

因疫情政策外出戴口罩並開啟臺灣社交距離，隨時注意清消保健康。

連連瓢潑大雨..花兒大都被無情摧殘了....
讓人不禁想起早期戲劇女主角被XX時..
常常表現出雨夜中花朵在風雨中落葉飄搖抖動的那一幕...

Anyway you need to consider that it is a bit far from Taichung, so it is not indicated for a quick outdoor trip. Consider about 30km.
The food is touristic, so do not expect a gourmet experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little garden park with canal food of water Lilly plants. Smells really nice when they in full bloom. There are some nice tea houses nearby to grab some cool drinks on a hot day
