★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is pretty average. The niurou mian tasted a bit better than average, but the noodles weren't my favorite. They use a wide knife-shaved style here. The problem lies in the noodles thickness. Or rather, the lack of consistency in the noodles thickness. End result is, some noodles were perfectly chewy, some were way over done, and some were way under done. Not a great mouth feel. Also, please skip the xianbing here. The dough is too thick and too tough.

On holidays, unless you come as soon as it opens, you usually have to wait for 10-20 minutes. When you pass by, you can often see a lot of people gathering in front of the store. . The taste is like the taste of "Japonica rice dumplings". It has a little graininess. The taste will be monotonous and easy to feel greasy. But if you add a certain proportion of sugar, it will enhance the flavor a lot, just like when we eat japonica rice dumplings. Granulated sugar means the same thing, it's a very pure military village flavor~
