對於無意識病人的協助醫療可以說真的很爛。去醫院的車也不是專用的。而是隨便拿一台小箱型車來用。輪椅要推上去還差點倒下去。病人零時出狀況只聯絡家人救護車,也沒跟醫院聯繫。說十分鐘救護車就到,結果拖了一個小時救護車才到。現在到醫院了,病人也休克。是怎樣。後勤醫療真的是爛。回診也只是一個司機帶去回診,待診時間長也不會讓病人補充水分,也沒餵食吃藥,就讓病人缺水,餓肚子。跟他們反應結果只說不知道要看那麼久。所以沒有準備。醫護真的有專業嗎!

兩年前家人入住一開始品質OK, 價格4萬以上/1個月, 一樓有藥局和復健場所 環境在南投草屯相對空曠且乾淨 疫情後無法直接進入機構內, 有發現照服員陸續有不少換人潮/新人 一開始覺得還好想說是在培訓新人 後來感覺管理上有感覺出越多問題 (因家屬無法直接入內探視開始鬆散?) 最大問題在於失智與非失智的住民管理, 居然都歸在同樓層住一起 失智住民無法自行控制, 白天晚上都會吵鬧, 換作一般人也受不了 反應過很多次都無疾而終, 搞得家人精神不繼快發瘋似的 後來去年有次收到裡面的護理師打電話告知我的家人情緒失控有攻擊人的狀況 告知的態度就是在抱怨, 這次我就故意不先作反應, 等對方都講完講到沒話講了, 直接問該護理師她有什麼建議? 該護理師才先將電話掛待機跑去問其他人, 然後和我說建議去醫院急診室檢查 請問照服的專業在哪? 家屬委託照顧遇到問題 即使無法立即解決 好歹也先有個評估狀況的能力以及提出個相對可能性的解決方向 直接打電話和我抱怨我家人的狀況真的是很好笑 在對方回答之前我早就決定要如何緊急處理我家人的狀況 也因這件事情成為最後讓我要將家人搬去別間的導火線 1來無法作好失智/非失智的分層管理(讓非失智的住民有相對安寧的環境) 2來居然有無法做好評估對策的不專業的護理師 結果別家的管理方式就是將 失智/非失智作分層管理 將不同重大病症類型的住民作分類管理 不就是最基本該作的管理思考? 管理制度越來越差 家屬有哀一下 敷衍回應一下? 其實大多人服務態度是OK的, 行政人員 和 部分照服人員 復健師也OK 在於管理機制以及部分讓人覺得不專業的護理師 是公司請人的薪水太低 請到非專業的來充數? 還是基層有心要作但無力反應給高層? 還有晚上過去時也會看到部分外籍照服員在下班時, 洗完澡換衣服, 用手機和家人視訊講話很大聲. 在一些管理的細節都讓人不放心 可惜了有個好環境和空間
