其實知道這裡也是之前看到店家告其他團購賣家盜圖冒名的新聞才發現草屯這家漏網之魚 招牌當然是最有名的紅酒香腸 一條40 個頭不大 看到店家先把香腸扔進微波爐就有點 = = 還好之後是拿到外面的烤台去烤 接著在裡面的餐桌吃還送了一小杯酸梅汁 應該說是質感很優的香腸 本身就自帶煙燻味跟紅酒的澀味 內餡是包小肉塊丁不是絞肉 (看斷面照) 所以很有汁 要含住邊吸邊咬比較安全 但是因為我平常很少做這種動作還是會覺得怪怪的 由於烹調製程跟取向的關係 跟平常愛吃的那種碳烤香腸是不同的走向 可以當作是走健康跟質感概念的產品 蠻適合自己家烹調用的 反正這家就是主打安全優良的食材跟製程無添加亞硝酸鹽 肉乾肉紙肉鬆試了好幾種 最後買了幾包紅酒風味肉乾當伴手 覺得這個最好吃又有強調的紅酒特色 最後順便額樂一下 這家店的服務人員都是很有禮貌的妹妹
