1.於草屯鎮深耕多年，亦抓住許多客官的味蕾，但很遺憾的是似乎與不才的不太合。
2.主菜醬汁偏甜，配菜調味則極鹹。排骨鮮嫩是不錯，但貴店的口感有點嫩到懷疑人生，入口即化那種，雖說好吃但會怕怕的。
3.與坊間的火車便當大同小異，但貴店的價格高出不少，平均下來約略高了1.5倍，覺得不太划算。
4.非現點現夾，或是用蒸台保溫配菜的。此次前來點完餐後，是從保溫袋中取出的，品嘗的時候，完全沒有溫度可言，甚至是連溫的程度都沒有，完全是冷的。

4. Non-click to order, or use a steaming table to keep the side dishes warm. After I came to order this time, I took it out of the insulation bag. When I tasted it, there was no temperature at all, and it was not even warm, it was completely cold.
