肉片很軟嫩，帶一點鹹度非常下飯
香腸是自己手工製作的，有一點酒香味，一片吃完不會覺得酒味太重
半片滷蛋超級入味，顏色看起來就很可口
山豬肉片粉粉的顏色，不會死鹹，帶著油脂卻不會覺得膩或噁心，一口咬下還有些微的肉汁????
油豆腐也是一絕，外觀看起來好像乾乾的，裡面帶著魯到有空氣洞的豆腐，與塞在洞裡的滷汁，無敵好吃
整體吃下來，每樣菜色都搭配的很剛好，每個口味的鹹淡度都調整的很剛好??????
