但肉塊口感咬起來挺爽的
份量對得起價格
不過對於醬與麵感覺是分離的
另外挺推薦加他們家的辣椒醬
搭配牛肉湯，可以成第二吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正常的冷滷味，整體來說味道就是偏正常，可以一直吃也不過鹹的程度，但不是那種滷的很夠味的類型，老實說第一次吃到冷滷味是蠻新鮮，整個攤位也都很整潔，可以嘗試。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打破滷味只能是熱熱的帶湯汁的印象。雖然沒有湯汁，卻是相當入味，簡簡單單的品項看得出老闆相當用心，因為每一樣都好好吃，香度夠不過鹹。特推薦大腸頭、四季豆!
適合晚上不想吃太多或不曉得吃什麼的時候享用。一定要加上一碗王子麵~讚讚的?

滷味本身沒什麼香氣
主要是沾醬好吃
麵的部分是走精緻路線
肉的部分就是豬腱好吃
外Q內嫩滷的恰到好處
其他就普通
因消費還算便宜
故評4星
