★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員回覆車子時間一直表示車快到了，不願給一個確切的時間。結果當天從9:35等到了10:12足足等了半小時。
如當下服務人員是給一個確切的時間點我當下反而會覺得好些，而不是一直被敷衍的感覺。（我問了兩次，兩次都只說快到了）
全航公司真的要檢討一下，不只草屯站的服務人員，連干城站的態度也都不是很好。
The service staff responded to the car time all the time and said that the car was coming soon and was unwilling to give an exact time. As a result, I waited for half an hour from 9:35 to 10:12 that day.
For example, the current service staff gives me an exact time point, but I feel better now, instead of feeling perfunctory all the time. (I asked twice, and both times only said it was coming soon)
The whole airline company really needs to review, not only the service staff at Caotun Station, but even the attitude of Gancheng Station is not very good.
