★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前在地人推薦買過烤鴨，
的確很好吃，也沒有很重的油煙味。
所以只要去南投騎腳踏車活動結束後，
有機會就會來光顧，
縱使排長隊，但處理點餐速度算快的，
員工服務態度都很好！
這次點了很不一樣的香酥鴨，
好配飯啊！??（雖然有點偏鹹?）
但炸得非常香酥，
連小骨頭都可以咬碎細品，
但可能炸得夠酥脆，所以肉都縮了，
覺得點一隻炸起來份量並不多。
（都下肚了才想忘了拍照分享??）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請問店家什麼時候更改潤餅皮的製程與配方，因為真的不好吃，口感粉嫩軟爛沒有之前手作潤餅皮的薄與咬勁，今天去購買有看到一台自動化生產餅皮的機具，也許配方還沒調整到最好之前，建議換回原本的潤餅皮。如果看到評論的顧客也有一樣的感覺，也歡迎下方留言說說你喜歡哪一種餅皮。除了餅皮以外，一切都很棒，我也會持續再去消費的，感謝草屯有這麼好吃的烤鴨店
