炒麵是油麵有加肉臊

然後有一種淡淡的香料味道
不過可能就是因為肥油太少
滷肉的部分稍微比較柴一點
是比較可惜的地方
有附免費醃蘿蔔跟酸菜
酸菜是偏甜的南部口味
醃蘿蔔則是非常清爽
還有一桶紅茶喝到飽
這部分有加分
滷豬皮非常的q彈
蜆仔湯也非常的好喝
肉的部分我可能只會給三顆星
因為真的有點太柴了
不過其他部分都是很棒的
因此故評予四顆星

爌肉的厚度僅8mm左右，而且軟骨不少，肉有軟但瘦肉部份有點小柴，滷肉澆汁有微微的八角香味，不會太鹹，白飯的量還算足夠，整體來說還算不錯吃!
白菜鹵 30元
滷得有軟，裡面還有黑木耳絲與紅蘿蔔片，口味是用蝦米蝦B，還不錯吃!
另有甜甜鹹鹹的醃漬醬菜可供自行取用，是亮點。
一開始看到肉片的厚度有點吃驚，想到此是營業到深夜的店，以稀為貴吧!

Cabbage Braised RMB 30
The marinade is soft, and there are black fungus and carrot slices in it. The taste is with shrimp, rice and shrimp B. It's delicious!
In addition, the sweet and salty pickled pickles are available for your own use, which is the highlight.
At first, I was a little surprised to see the thickness of the meat slices. I thought that this is a restaurant that is open until late at night.
