▪️民國69年9月以南投縣政府老人福利協進會草屯鎮支會創立
▪️民國70年6月1日制定組織章程，改制為草屯鎮老人會。
▪️民國78年8月24日設立會員互助會。
▪️民國92年2月26日由會員大會改制為會員代表大會。
▪️民國93年6月10日向南投地方法院登記為合法社團法人。
▪️民國98年12月18日除向南投地方法院辦理登記變更手續外並向南投縣政府報備核准。
二.宗旨:
▪️加強促進老人福利。
▪️提升老人服務品質。
▪️增進老人學習素質，擴大生活領域。
▪️協助長者透過活動，肯定自我價值。
1. History:
▪️In September 1969, the Caotun Town Branch of the Nantou County Government Elderly Welfare Association was established
▪️The articles of association were formulated on June 1, 1970 and restructured into Caotun Town Senior Citizens' Association.
▪️Members Mutual Aid Association was established on August 24, 1978.
▪️On February 26, 1992, the General Assembly was restructured into a Representative Assembly.
▪️On June 10, 1993, it was registered as a legal corporation with the Nantou District Court.
▪️On December 18, 1998, in addition to going through the formalities of registration change with the Nantou District Court and reporting to the Nantou County Government for approval.
2. Purpose:
▪️Strengthen the promotion of the welfare of the elderly.
▪️ Improve the quality of services for the elderly.
▪️ Improve the learning quality of the elderly and expand the areas of life.
▪️Help the elderly to affirm their self-worth through activities.
