★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星期日晚上入住，要去沖SPA和泡溫泉竟然沒有SPA，星期一早上九點半準備去玩遊樂設施全部只有４樣可以玩，最重要的登山列車也沒有，小孩失望的大哭直說我到底要玩什麼？馬上打電話至遊客中心反應，留下電話遲遲等不到回電，慢慢走下去遊客中心竟空無一人，氣的不玩了，到停車場開車至住宿大廳反應，等等等等了很久課長才出面解釋，整個感覺超差，大老遠的帶小孩要去慶生結果惹得一肚子火，不會再去了，爛透了，誠心的建議星期一人少遊樂設施不開放提前告知或乾脆休園一天吧！
