出遊時經過此處，買了一公斤蜜處理生豆，
自己炒豆，一爆結束中焙，結果令人滿意。
亞洲豆的風格，又與曼特寧不盡相同，
可以保留點酸度。香度佳，但不是中美洲豆的
水果香味。 醇厚度好。
烘焙前後有依例再進行挑豆，逷除不良豆。
有少數大小豆的現象，我是一起烘，還未
發覺有何影響。
總之，這款台灣豆，（可能是原生種），
比我預期的好!
且有著在地的感情，所以特別好喝。
