★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal soup and chashu. The side dishes are surprisingly tasty too. The broth is very rich and satisfying. I ordered the seaweed with egg dressing and the waiter kindly warned me that it's a little bit bitter. It's turned out to be true but it's a good kind of bitter that is natural to the ingredients.
