食材老闆都特別挑過,一份錢一分貨
有我最愛的新竹貢丸還有土雞滷蛋
下次來埔里一定要來吃
重點是老闆娘很漂亮哦

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埔里的在地隱藏版美食,老闆堅持無味素添加,所有食材新鮮手工製作,豬後腿肉手工細切的魯肉飯,有鬍鬚張肉燥的香嫩,卻少了點鹹味,感覺爽口不膩。每天限量現炒的新竹米粉,乾爽Q彈有勁,加入埔里特產的香菇,香氣更足。搭配正統新竹貢丸湯,彈牙的口感真的是絕配!

滷肉飯汁蠻香的、香料味也夠重,瘦肉肥肉大致各半吃起來還不錯,不過飯軟沒有嚼勁。油豆腐跟滷蛋完全沒有入味。貢丸湯本身味道有點太清淡,貢丸本身好吃、但感覺也不是自己揉的。
整體覺得有點可惜。

The sauce of braised pork rice is quite fragrant, and the flavor of spices is strong enough. The lean and fatty meats taste good, but the rice is soft and not chewy. The oily tofu and marinated eggs are completely tasteless. The tribute ball soup itself tastes a bit too light, the tribute ball itself is delicious, but it doesn't feel like you knead it by yourself.
Overall I feel a little pity.

經過大叔翻鍋快炒後
卻能把所有食材的香氣
全都吸收入每一條米粉中
香氣十足
一口入魂
久久不能忘懷
還有手切魯肉飯~~~吖嘶
