在我寫美食評論中,有蚵仔麵線、肉羹及蚵仔煎是最難評論的。一方面這些小吃製作的過程都不難,也因為如此,好入門,好上手,只要稍用心,就不會難吃。相對地,要分出高下也不容易。 這家蚵仔麵線的湯底有考究,有底蘊,很厚實,跟一般只強調紅麵線,有一些柴魚味,又強調料多便宜的cp店不同。他家的麵線入嘴渾厚,湯、料、醬及麵線能合為一體,算是優的。 蚵仔煎的粉體跟一般的太白粉或蕃薯粉泥不同,比例上有獨門做法,使上桌的蚵仔煎不同於一般市場所見,初看像蛋餅,細看又像煎麵,稍有焦,能角落一片夾起。醬汁調得相當適中,能櫬托麵體,鹹甜濃淡得宜,紅花綠葉相得益彰。 店家有sence的提供不同辣椒醬,分別適用於麵線及蚵仔煎,做為食客自選的畫龍點睛,真是難得凸出口味的小吃。 說這麼多,為什麼我只給四顆星89分評價?因為我不確定會不會千里迢迢再度光臨?因此,暫時先給四星。

真令人想不到 在內地「台灣的內地是南投」 全台灣唯一不靠海的鄉鎮 竟然有這麼一間不平凡的蚵仔煎專賣店 一進門 牆上的照片以及文字吸引了我的目光 牆上的字字句句 讓我對餐點以及此刻能夠在這用餐 感到知足 煎的恰恰的蚵仔煎 原以為蚵仔會不新鮮 還會帶苦 想不到滑順的入口 入口的當下我還看到「蚵棚」出現在我的腦海 搭配著老闆獨門特別的醬料「有嚐出豆瓣醬?」 竟然還有著我們南部人熟悉的「蒜蓉醬油」 這樣的組合 很特別 除此之外 一間小店可以有著三種不同的辣椒醬 可見老闆對無辣不歡顧客的用心 招牌的香菇雞湯 真是名不虛傳真 一碗30$的香菇雞湯 一口氣給了四朵香菇 老闆 我說你還要不要賺錢 這是傳說中的埔里香菇嗎? 怎麼可以如此的多汁 從沒吃過一咬下去馬上就化開的香菇 可以感覺到非常的新鮮 裡頭還有一片老薑 薑的香氣 著實點綴了這碗湯的靈魂 非常清香的一碗湯 沒有過重口味的調味 我,很喜歡 我是湯控 店內的空間不會過於擁擠 週五晚上外帶的人潮從沒有停過 內用的朋友可能要耐心稍等一下 相信我 等待是值得的 不會讓你失望 唯一的缺點是 汽車比較不好停車 希望開車前來用餐的外地遊客 可以乖乖的把車停在安全的地方 再散步過來品嚐 不要直接把車扔在店門口或是併排停車 切記不要影響到左右鄰居以及用路人的動線 不要做個失格的旅人
