每桌不管幾個人都是出全鴨
去之前最好打電話先預約，看老闆準備的鴨子夠不夠
老闆說他們是用苦茶油+蒜、薑去燉4個小時
一鍋最多只能燉三隻鴨子
（秋冬的鴨鴨還會比春夏肥）
之前店址在鯉魚潭那邊，後來搬過來埔里
也開始轉型，有出冷凍宅配包裝
更研發了好多口味出了分享包
買回家煮火鍋是個很不錯的選擇

鴨肉熬的恰到好處，跟骨頭一碰就分離，卻又不會柴，湯也非常好喝，份量也很夠，買一份可以讓一家三口吃三次以上！
