這是一家很不及格的店,一開始進去用餐,因為有帶小朋友,所以要求大人的菜加辣,小朋友的不加辣,結果大廚小聲的碎念說這樣我要怎麼炒,傻眼! 炒高麗菜和豆芽都是鹽巴味道,還有菜裡面鹽巴都沒有拌炒均勻,還有吃到很鹹的菜;透抽乾煎的部分還可以,但是鐵板豆腐這道菜還蠻失敗的,第一次吃到豆腐會不想吃下去的感覺,味道都沒有調配好,勾芡也不夠,導致豆腐吃到裡面都沒味道。炒豬肉片的味道也是偏重。 還有令人感覺到可惜的是無骨牛小排,居然用的是黑胡椒,一般好的牛肉都會用乾煎的方式來料理食材,才不會失去食材本身的味道,怎麼是用黑胡椒呢?而且也沒事先詢問料理方式,前道透抽就會問料理方式,無骨牛小排卻直接做黑胡椒,而且黑胡椒的口味也太重太鹹。 還有令人不解的,炒完後應該要先清理鐵板檯面,結果居然是放著到後面去弄東西,隔了大約五分鐘才回來清理鐵板檯面,我們就看著那些渣渣吃...這樣檯面讓用餐感覺都壞掉了!

每次回來埔里必吃的鐵板燒,最推他們的商業午餐,不到300元就有魚,蝦和一主菜。就算是晚上來也可以點商業午餐喔。時不時也可以聽到主廚和老闆娘「逗嘴鼓」???

Food is just okay, for the fish need to be more salty and fresh, for the black pepper pork too much black papper but still taste okay, the price is a bit high for this standart of food. And the cheff seems always keep scolding the waitress infront of the costumer. Need improvement.
