口感香軟，肉有一點的肥嫩，我個人在埔里最常吃的肉粽。

店面不大，看來不起眼，點了加蛋黃鮮肉碗糕，原本預期頂多4或3顆星。
上餐後，真是驚為天人，一碗35元碗糕的尺寸很大；
且老闆毫不小氣地灑上厚厚一層蘿蔔乾，吃來滿足；
吃到碗底，才發現老闆還鋪上一層豬絞肉，真是感動。 誠意十足的碗糕！
