孔子廟原本叫修化堂，後來改名為昭平宮育化堂，裡面拜的是至聖先師孔子和關聖帝君。這間廟最特別的是有一尊五尺一寸銅鎏金塑像的孔子，看起來金光閃閃，有別於其他孔子廟的孔子。除了孔子廟，它的隔壁是埔里鎮歷史最悠久的廟宇恒吉宮，可一併參觀。

The Confucius Temple was originally called Xiuhuatang, and later renamed as Zhaoping Palace Yuhuatang. It worshipped the Confucius and the Guandi Emperor. The most special thing about this temple is the Confucius with a five-foot-inch bronze statue, which looks golden and different from the Confucius of other Confucius Temples. In addition to the Confucius Temple, next door to it is the oldest temple in Puli Town, Hengji Palace, which can be visited together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這一間孔子廟位於埔里市區媽祖廟旁，走進來有一股很清幽的感覺非常的安靜 裡面古色古香還有分前後殿 ，這裡應該有在教導學生詩句。
This Confucius Temple is located next to the Mazu Temple in Puli City. There is a very quiet feeling when you walk in. It is very quiet.

#埔里孔子廟育化堂
規模不算大, 但孔廟五門與屋簷用的是大紅色，極為喜氣，大門正面有孔子行教圖, 大成殿上太極八卦圖, 右室有 >字字句句提醒儒家子弟「五倫八德」的綱常。
往後殿走還有恩主公可敬拜，左側有一小方圖書館, 雖然稍微老舊, 但圖書館、讀書室都是孔廟的元素之一，當設該設皆為傳統值得稱讚 ^^

Going to the apse, there is still the benefactor to worship, and there is a small library on the left. Although it is a little old, the library and reading room are one of the elements of the Confucian Temple. When it is set up, it is traditional and worthy of praise ^^
