春捲是現做的比很多放很久的店乾淨很多也不會硬

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隔了九個月，再次來到埔里，心心念念，這次除了原來吃過的涼拌雞肉木瓜絲，什錦炒河粉，番茄豬腳米線，還加點了炸春捲，居然是芋頭餡料，真是我的大愛！！！真的好吃，下面還有好多生菜豆芽，搭配著吃非常清爽，冰咖啡很甜很多碎冰，咖啡調味乳的味道，當成甜點咬著碎冰也不錯吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 河粉炒什錦不錯吃，洋蔥炒牛肉也很入味，春捲的皮就是有比較硬，不好咀嚼。
Stir-fried rice noodles with assorted pho is good. Stir-fried beef with onion is also very tasty. The skin of the spring rolls is harder to chew.

還有真的不習慣越南河粉加油蔥酥，整個感覺不對。
湯頭很清淡，跟白水的差距不大，但是還行。
The portion is not much, the shredded onion is thick and old.
Also, I'm really not used to Vietnamese pho with crispy onion, the whole feeling is wrong.
The soup is very light, not much different from the white water, but it's okay.
