★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路過跟老闆聊了一下得知新開幕的店；一路上有數不清類似的桶子雞、甕仔雞、鋼管雞……的店都沒下車買，心想慘了！新開幕會不會踩到地雷？結果買回去晚上微波吃……還真的好吃喔！
老闆研發用水果入味很特別、雞胸肉質很嫩、不油膩、很鮮甜……下次有去南投還會再光顧喔！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無意間找到的江師傅鋼桶烤雞店，意外的好吃耶，肉不柴，雞裡面有塞檸檬，所以吃起來不膩，皮也很脆，冷掉也好吃，老闆說胡椒粉是自製的??
重點在7-11旁邊，很好停車
