★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly owners and reasonable price in thia ChingJing area. The room is comfortable and bathroom is clean. The only downside is the noise insulation is terrible. We can hear next door guest snoring /talking. Even worse, the noise from corridor is cryatal clear that i can hear everytime the hot water fountains running. Make sure next time to bring my own earplugs. The rest, all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time here. The only minsu serving vegetarian food only. Delicious and healthy set meals using local grown seasonal vegetables. Very calming and cooling environment even in summer. No need for aircon at night. The owners are very hospitable and kept the rooms very clean. Though the walls are not very soundproof it shouldnt be a big concern if each tenant exercise consideration to speak softly and move as quietly as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall stay was good. Very friendly staff, quiet and nice environnement. The room was huge, and you can have quality time on the property. However, the floor seemed not so clean and the provided towel were paper like towel, so better bring your own towel. But I'll come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an American tourist and vegetarian I really enjoyed this restaurant with my wife. They don't have a menu but offer set meals (either vegan or ovo-lacto veg) for $390 at dinner. The meal was filling and delicious, with 7 different dishes, soup, unique tea, and all-you-can-eat rice.
Lots of entitled idiots here complaining about the price... In my opinion it's the same as similar style restaurants in Taipei and you must consider that this is a mountain and tourist area. The price was fine in our opinion.
If you are so cheap you can't pay for good food without whining then go eat at 7/11 and shut up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay. We came by car and there was plenty of parking. If traveling by bus, the stop is nearby. The owners speak English and were very helpful. We are vegetarians and were very happy with the dinner and breakfast. The hotel room itself was spacious and clean. There's a great view from the mountains. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
