菜色不錯吃 但是點一桌菜(理應十人菜) 我們一桌只有八人, 會自動幫你把其中一盤本應十份的菜色減成八份呦^^(未告知) 詢問後才另外補上兩份還有多送一盤地瓜葉(問號) 中間也沒說抱歉等等。 結帳再次詢問為何有這個狀況竟然冷回說:「我們是看座上有多少人決定送幾份。」 那請問出十人合菜的意義是什麼? 錢也會照收耶? 今天要是客人沒注意不就被當白癡多收錢我也是呵呵。 —更新— 電話裡面我們從來沒討論到精緻化三個字,只有提到我們的人數以及考慮要不要坐一桌然後十人合菜再另外加點,但後來決定還是兩份十人合菜,最後只有提到好吧那我們第一次來要弄好吃一點歐,以上。 且原本的八菜兩湯改成九菜一湯 實際菜的數目並沒有變 所以意思是每道你們都少做囉反正一整盤我們看不出來 地瓜葉因為是在補上起司蝦小卷後上來說招待,我們認知那是用來拍謝少上菜用的,但現在確定不是後更覺得呵呵。 在我們的認知這就是一份10人份合菜,如果你們要做精緻化而且會影響實際餐點數目的話你們理應在上菜的時候解釋,但當我們反應的時候你們是直接不做解釋補上,這不就是代表承認你們就是少給?甚至當結帳詢問的時候竟然是回「我們是看座上有多少人決定送幾份」,而沒有回「當初有要求精緻化,因此對實際餐點數目有做調整」,如果你們當場有這樣說大家當然聽得懂,但事後在這裡這樣的回覆只是就是「真的」少上菜然後現在單純事後找台階下。 開瓶費如果該給當然要給,其他餐廳有告知或告示我們都有付,但你們也沒有任何表示,事後在這裡說嘴我不懂意義為何。 你說的素食火鍋在我們的認知覺得被少上菜詢問後補上中間並無任何解釋道歉,結帳時詢問能否打折僅此而已。我們後來也是爽快付錢。 —更新2— 2、5的討論現在沒有意義。 我親耳聽到的你說沒有,我沒聽到的你說有。 我只能說那句話結帳的時候字句我都記得很清楚,我覺得該搞清楚的是你,因為聽到的時候真的傻眼。 如果你沒有講,我也不會那麼無聊上來寫這些,就是有這樣的事情才會讓人覺得貴店態度差,但你如果想漂白否認我也沒辦法。 3 依照你第一次留言解讀就是每道菜都精緻化的意思我只是照翻。 1我知道,不好意思我第二篇留言沒有表達清楚,我只是想表達我們有改菜。 6 但整篇看起來的確是找台階啊⋯你還是沒回覆為什麼「當場直接補菜也沒多做說明」,怎麼看就是「默認少上菜」這件事。 7 一般的餐廳都會直接告知或詢問訂位者我不懂有什麼好不能問的。若你覺得不能在用餐時問,結帳的時候為何不說呢?結帳說清楚這是常識吧。 8 正是因為認為少菜的不佳經驗才詢問打折。你今天要是去吃牛排少塊肉對方直接給你一塊肉然後什麼道歉都沒說我是不知道你感受如何啦。 9 有品質的菜色但沒有品質的服務態度一切枉然。 我認為要加強的是員工的訓練和與客人的溝通,很多事情員工上菜的時候講清楚不是很好嗎。另外員工上菜的時候多數站著不動等客人轉轉盤喬位子,以上所有事情只會讓人覺得員工教育訓練非常糟糕。

一樓是辦桌,二樓是簡餐。 建議都要提前預訂會比較好哦! 簡餐部分,套餐(飯類的餐點)比鍋類的cp值來的高~~~ 真的很好吃!!! 吃的也很有飽足感。推薦!
