★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年初三那天經過看了一下老闆做的鹹水粄一眼看去就知道是客家人手法做的，走過去又倒回買了一個水粄後跟老闆聊了一下才知道是新竹這裡的做法，吃起來好吃還不錯吃，這是我在那附近吃過說是客家口味裡最好吃的一家，雖然他粉沒攪拌的很均勻有一點點結團但不影響口味值得試試吃，老闆娘對人也不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿嬤的東西真的很道地好吃，我只買了草仔粿、南瓜粿、芋粿、碗粿，都很讚。
草仔粿的Q度是我吃過最舒服恰當彈牙不黏牙的，碗粿是吃了後無法給出形容詞，軟綿入口有融化感，是我吃過最好吃的。
真應該有能人引出使其大眾化，讓大家都有口福才是。
Grandma's food is really delicious, I only bought grass kueh, pumpkin kueh, taro kueh, and bowl kueh, all of them were amazing.
The Q of Cao Tze Kueh is the most comfortable and suitable one that I have eaten without sticking teeth. Wan Kueh cannot be given an adjective after eating it. It has a melting feeling in the soft and soft mouth. It is the best I have ever tasted.
There really should be someone who can lead it to make it popular, so that everyone can speak for themselves.

Cao Tsai Kuih is super delicious, although one is not cheap but the ingredients are good. On holidays, it may be sold out at 3 in the afternoon, so buy it earlier!
