用非基因改造黃豆，製出香濃的豆漿，不染色的白豆干，優質的油豆腐，還有很多產品 ，深受水里地區民眾喜愛。到信義，水里的遊客也會專程過來購買。營業時間只到下午六點，停車非常方便，店面佔地廣濶，還種了很多造型松樹，花草園藝，賞心悅目。
唯一美中不足是服務人員態度不佳，只是拍店面個照，她臉臭到瞪著我，我才特別問，可以拍照？她又說可以，可是仍一付樸客牌臭臉表情，讓我覺得很不舒服，東西再好，如果沒有親切服務態度，還要花錢看老闆的臉色，再美味也會打折的。沒有舒服愉快心情，如何享受美食。
所以產品5顆星，但服務態度2顆，平均給3顆星。
