★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/02/14年初三，路過水里，隨意挑了這間店進去吃晚餐，點了20顆高麗菜水餃跟5顆香菜水餃，吃到剩一半左右，我爸說剛剛吃的那顆水餃是冷的，於是把水餃切開了看才發現有些肉根本沒熟，而且好幾顆都是，連香菜水餃也沒煮熟，那時已經吃了好幾顆下肚了。
跟老闆反應後換了新的一盤給我們，只說了句不好意思，我們默默吃完就走了，還好全家人目前是沒拉肚子。
事後想想覺得不可思議，我從來沒在水餃店吃到沒熟的水餃過，大家去這間吃水餃時自己多留意！
*2/15 早上更新：有一位家人半夜拉肚子兩次。
 On the third day of February 14th, 2021, passing by the water, I randomly picked this restaurant to have dinner. I ordered 20 cabbage dumplings and 5 coriander dumplings. About half of them were left. My dad said that I just ate the one. The dumplings are cold, so I cut open the dumplings and found that some meat was not cooked at all, and several of them were all, even the coriander dumplings were not cooked. I had eaten several dumplings.
After reacting to the boss, we exchanged a new plate for us. We only said a word of embarrassment. We ate silently and left. Fortunately, the whole family has no diarrhea.
Thinking about it afterwards, it feels incredible. I have never eaten uncooked dumplings in a dumpling shop. When you go to eat dumplings here, pay more attention!
*2/15 morning update: A family member had diarrhea twice in the middle of the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/11/24(二)傍晚，自己點一碗古早乾麵30+10顆水餃，乾麵部份有屬於自己製作的特色，味道和口感都算不錯，可以自行加辣醬來提味，而水餃方面，口味有很多種，可以隨意各挑各種口味來吃，自己選了5種各2顆，手工製作的口感果然不錯吃，再配合其他沾醬。至於店內的環境滿整潔乾淨的，位子算是滿寬敞，裡面也有電視可以觀看，而老闆和老闆娘對待客人滿客氣的，如果人多時停車位會比較少，就比較麻煩一些了。整體來說，有機會的話，下次再點別的試吃看看。
In the evening of 2020/11/24 (Tue), order a bowl of ancient dry noodles with 30+10 dumplings. The dry noodles have their own characteristics, and the taste and texture are quite good. You can add hot sauce to enhance the taste. As for the dumplings, there are many flavors, you can choose any flavor to eat. I chose 5 kinds of 2 each. The handmade taste is really good, and it is matched with other dipping sauces. As for the store’s clean and tidy environment, the seats are quite spacious and there are TVs to watch. The boss and the proprietress treat the guests very politely. If there are many people, there will be fewer parking spaces, which is more troublesome. On the whole, if you have the opportunity, I will order another tasting next time.
