★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明湖水庫，是臺灣的一座水庫，位於南投縣水里鄉的水里溪河谷，水里壩（明潭水庫）上游四公里處，縣道131號公路旁，是台灣電力公司大觀發電廠抽蓄式發電機組的下池，為十二項建設中配合明湖抽蓄水力發電工程所興建的人工湖泊。
Minghu Reservoir is a reservoir in Taiwan. It is located in the Shuilixi River Valley in Shuili Township, Nantou County. It is four kilometers upstream of Shuiliba (Mingtan Reservoir) and next to County Road No. 131. It is pumped by the Taiguan Power Plant of Taiwan Power Company. The lower pond of the type generator set is an artificial lake built in twelve projects to cooperate with the Minghu Pumped Storage Hydropower Project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開車往車埕木業展示館行經131公路在看到這處景點，下車拍照欣賞明湖水庫的湖光山色，在往下300公尺可以進去大觀發電廠參觀。
Drive to Checheng Wood Industry Exhibition Hall and go through Highway 131 to see this attraction. Get off and take pictures to admire the lakes and mountains of Minghu Reservoir. You can enter the Daguan Power Plant 300 meters down.

階梯下去只有一個平台
停留時間約5分鐘
拍個照 就可以離開
水位高一些時 拍起來應該是更好看的
Just a simple parking place, good parking
There is only one platform down the stairs
Stay time about 5 minutes
Take a picture and leave
It should look better when the water level is higher
