櫃台服務隨和有耐心、會貼心幫忙開燈與電扇，環境舒適、不管是閱讀區或廁所都很乾淨、空間規劃有分區(建議另增設筆電使用區)、藏書整理分類與保存、兒童繪本多，可以感受到用心。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南投縣水里鄉立圖書館，是水里鄉內很棒的閱讀場所，空間開闊、視野良好(對面即水雲橋)、藏書豐富，惟讀者稍嫌少，建議大家可以多加利用，其內亦設有免費洗手間、哺乳室等等，個人前往時，亦發現櫃檯處的展示桌上，擺有最新推薦書籍可供借閱參考，若讀書疲乏時，則可出外走走抒發，門口即水雲橋等腳踏車騎乘空間，穿過水雲橋甚至有小公園，其運動設備可多加利用，整體來說，若經過或住宿於水里鄉的朋友，非常建議到此一遊，惟室內較無筆電使用空間，若需充電則需自行處理，館內恐不提供插座。

Generally speaking, if you are passing by or staying in Shuili Township, it is highly recommended to visit here, but there is no room for laptop use indoors , If you need to recharge, you need to deal with it yourself. The museum may not provide sockets.
