Extremely positive experience at this scooter rental. Justin and Jennifer were very helpful. I lost my passport upon arrival and Justin helped to contact airport and other departments to search for it. They both speak good English and are not biased towards foreigners renting a scoot. If you're a foreigner and looking to rent a scoot here, you're at the right place. Oh ya, the scoot performed flawlessly throughout our 5 day journey despite the check engine light lighting up giving us a little scare on day 1.

Good service. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. I am very impressed about that. I will introduce my friends to rent scooter at here when they reach to Kaohsiung. Ps: the owner can speak English so good.

555 scooter lental is very Systematic and scooter is Sophisticated. But not really comfortable.. my hip was a little bit painful. Although it didn't matter. if you want to lent a scooter from this shop you should have 4000TWD witch is deposit. And don't worry about speaking English. Because all the staff's are good at English. Thanks to the staff for making my first kaohsuing travel better ?

Very professional shop with super friendly staff. Firstly you choose the model you want/prefer then do a test drive to see how the bike works, brake, lights... You need your PASSPORT and international driving license but not to worry, if you didn't bring passport like us you can bring it when you returned the bike and if you don't have an international driving license you can pay a deposit amount via credit card which will be returned to you in 30 days if no traffic fines recorded while you drive. Then there is a bike-body-deposit, you can choose either leave your paper at the store or money. I guess the amount of money would depend on the bike you choose. We deposited NTD 4,000. And got back the deposit when we returned the bike accident and damage free. Lastly, fuel... Basically you return the bike the same condition as when you got it. But fuel is cheap here so no worry. All and all very happy with the bike and the service we received. Definitely recommended.

We had a positive experience with these guys. We went there on a Friday night (at 7:00 pm) to buy a 2nd-hand motorbike. Justin - who speaks excellent English - was very professional and patient. He spent over an hour with us (even staying well over-time) telling us about each of the motorbikes in great technical detail. His explanations were quite informative. And, he was kind enough to let us ride nearly all of motorbikes he had on sale that day. So, although we walked to their shop on foot, we left on a motorbike. It was a weekend so all I had to do was leave my ARC with them and they conveniently took take of bike transfer on the following Monday. So overall, a totally pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Rented a bike from them for a week long ride in Taiwan. The guys were awesome and made sure everything was good and all my questions were answered and spoke great English. Bike was well Maintained and in great condition. Had an amazing trip highly recommended.

I rented a scooter through 555 for 4 months. For the most part, it was a good service at a fair price. When I needed the oil changed or the scooter had issues, they were happy to direct me to their mechanic, who tuned up the scooter free of charge. However, returning my rental at the end of the fourth month left me with a poor final impression. On the day that I was supposed to return my scooter, I didn't think I was going to be able to make it to the shop before they closed for the night. I asked them if I could return it the following afternoon. I received the message, "Sure tomorrow afternoon 1 pm sounds great," seeming to affirm that there was no issue with turning it in the next afternoon. Which makes sense, right? I was a repeat customer that had rented for four months, what's an extra half day compared to all the time that I had been renting through them? When I turned it in that next day, they deducted $350 NT off my security deposit 'for returning it late one day.' I don't understand why they played down the issue of me returning the scooter the afternoon after it was due and then slapped that fine on me after all the renting I'd done with them. What business nickel-and-dimes their repeat customers like that?

Amazing over the top service, would definitely recommend to everyone! English-friendly and super knowledgeable! I was looking to sell my scooter to them and while unfortunately it was too old, the agent still walked me through my next steps, potential best options (on how to get the most money back and/or make the best use of my time) and how to recycle it. He was super helpful and came to my location as well to help inspect my scooter. Honest feedback and genuinely friendly service!
