★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable staff who guided us well and gave very good explanations of the various teas they sell. Honest too, and I feel prices are reasonable. The tea has a nice aroma and also can last a few brews. You can even see fresh tea leaves being busked on the second level and the production process. Can try teas too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to sample black tea and have snacks in the back area with awesome outdoor seating. There is free tour with a galary area upstairs and large gift shop downstairs. Staff is very friendly.
