Best Taiwanese restaurant in Taiwan

My mom wanted to eat some veggies from the mountains because she said they are harder to get in the U.S. We ordered their chicken, and two of their veggies and one soup with squash blossom flowers in it. It was all so good. The veggies are the best. I’ve never seen them. Some of them have leaves the curl and spiral, and it is so fresh and delicious. Check this red out if you are in the area and definitely try their veggies. They are so delicious and so hard to find.

It's also good for a single diner, like myself, though. A bit on more expensive side, but still ok, and you can feel high quality of ingredients. The meals in the picture were together for 320NTD
