★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get bikes for a good price and in decent condition. Lots to choose from. The owner is really nice. Bikes are 100 an hour or 500 daily max. They have electric bikes and scooters as well.
The owner took some time to explain us different routes and gave us recommendations for where to go.

The boss is kind and helpful with suggestions, especially the local breakfast location which he recommended. Definitely worth to have local breakfast there, the food is refreshing and will give you a good start of your day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent two bikes here. The owner is very friendly and nice. The bikes were in a very good condition and different sizes are available. We are tall and it was hard for us to find comfortable bikes in Asia before, but no problem here. The bike comes with a map, water, helmets, tips and advice. We even got some discount.
Biking around the lake can probably be challenging for not so fit people. Cycling clockwise to do the steep part first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20200730: stopped by to inquire the owner about prices, etc. owner is friendly and helpful. if we recall correctly, price for a standard mountain bike is TWD 100 for a whole day of riding which is quite reasonable. bikes appeared to be well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented our bikes here for the sun moon lake cycling tour. Would highly recommend this bike rental place . Pretty cheap and the bikes were alright with gear. We had no problem with the bikes. Full day rental only for 300twd!!
Alternatively You could opt for the electrical bikes which goes for a bout max 12km/hr, for twd600 a day and saves u a lot of energy . Owner was very helpful and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Sun Moon Lake and rent four bikes here. The owner is very friendly and he told us many tourist spots around the lake. What’s more, the bikes were in a good condition which really fit us. It was a refreshing picture of riding a bike around Sun Moon Lake.
